Senior Climate Policy Fellow

A company is looking for a Senior Fellow focused on strengthening urban and coastal climate resilience.

Key Responsibilities Develop frameworks and tools to enhance urban climate resilience against impacts like flooding and storms Design governance models and partnerships to improve implementation of resilience programs Reimagine and prototype climate programs and functions critical to coastal communities

Required Qualifications Direct experience working with cities, states, or coastal communities on resilience planning Understanding of how government systems influence local climate action Proven track record in policy, strategy, or systems-level work Ability to engage diverse partners across various sectors Creativity and strong execution skills in project implementation
