Infrastructure Coordinator, OMEGA

Job Overview

The Ohio Mid-Eastern Governments Association (OMEGA) has an immediate opening for an Infrastructure Coordinator. This position is responsible for executing critical grant‑writing, grant management, and community engagement activities across OMEGA’s 10‑county service area.

• Develop, write, and manage grant proposals for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with county officials and community stakeholders to identify funding opportunities.
• Implement community engagement initiatives to support local development.
• Monitor and report on grant performance and compliance.
• Assist in strategic planning for infrastructure development across the region.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in city, urban, or rural planning; public or business administration; civil engineering; or related field.
• Three years of relevant experience in grant writing, funding management, or community development (preferred). Recent college graduates and career center graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with county partners and stakeholders.
