Fall into a career where every meal makes a difference. Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne is hiring Dietary Aides to join our dining services team. Whether you’re assisting with meal prep, serving residents with a smile, or keeping the kitchen safe and clean, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents in our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation community.

Assist with preparing and serving meals in accordance with resident care plans and dietary guidelines

Provide friendly and respectful service to enhance the dining experience

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining area

Follow sanitation and safe food handling procedures

Support the dietary team to ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations

Help create a welcoming dining environment where residents feel at home

No certification required—training provided

Experience in food service, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus but not required

Dependable, resident-focused, and team-oriented mindset

Strong communication and customer service skills

Willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation practices
