Job Summary:

As the Clinical Pharmacist II, you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations.

In this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel.

SCHEDULE
  • Monday - Friday 8 hours between 9 am to 9 pm – variable
REQUIREMENTS
  • Pharm

    D degree or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with post‑2006 experience
  • Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio. Single facility‑based pharmacists must retain state licensure per site location.
  • 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience
  • BLS
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Training Program
  • 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
  • ACLS
