Lab management and participation in exciting translational research. The person should have experience with routine lab maintenance and laboratory techniques including animal handling, cell culture, western blotting, qPCR, ELISA, etc. They should be experienced in following protocols and familiar with MS‑Word processing, Graph Pad, and data management.

• Ph.D. (or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant discipline) or Master’s (or equivalent) degree, plus relevant experience. In rare instances, a Bachelor’s (or equivalent) plus additional experience will be considered.
• Master’s plus at least five (5) years of relevant post‑master’s professional work experience, Bachelor’s plus at least eight (8) years of exceptional relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in an organized fashion.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with investigators in a multidisciplinary academic setting.
• Experience in rodent husbandry or veterinary care is useful but not required.
• Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office. Experience using advanced Excel functions such as tables, graphs, statistical formulas, and basic editor is preferred.
• Knowledge of the methods, materials, and equipment used in animal care and laboratory activities.

Experience maintaining animal colony, breeding and genotyping.
