Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne is hiring Housekeeping Aides to keep our Skilled Nursing and Senior Care community clean, safe, and welcoming. Your dedication to cleanliness and detail ensures residents live in a healthy, home-like environment while families and staff feel confident and supported.

Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces according to facility standards

Perform daily and deep cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing

Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies for resident comfort

Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a healthy environment

Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to supervisors

Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and visitors while carrying out your duties

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience a plus but not required—training provided

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
