Labor & Delivery Unit - Registered Nurse

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• BSN completion preferred.

• Candidates must have an Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units.
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
  Tru Staff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program:
  Tru Staff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Required Skills/

Experience:

High risk L&D experience

• Level 3 or 4 maternity care
• Recent OB, ED or critical care experience

Disrhythmia Exam Required

Care of the Extremely Low Birth Weight Neonate Certification - National Certification Corporation

Every other weekend and holiday

Will primarily be assigned to L&D but will float to Mother/Baby as needed.

7 days maximum time off
