• Identify and engage key referral sources at hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare organizations.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with decision‑makers, ensuring they trust and rely on our services for their home care needs.
• Educate professionals about our comprehensive services and how we can support their patients’ journeys.

• Proven track record: A minimum of three years in home care marketing and business development, with established relationships in the Southwest Ohio healthcare market.
