We’re seeking motivated Medical Support Staff to join our team in Monroe, MI, and Holland, OH. In this role, you’ll be trained and supported to contribute across both patient-facing and administrative responsibilities, with opportunities to grow into the areas that best fit your skills and interests.

Responsibilities:

• Room patients, take vitals, and update EMRs
• Prep charts, handle lab orders, and give injections
• Manage check-in/out, scheduling, and insurance
• Support patients with compassion and efficiency

Requirements:

• Shifts include coverage at both locations
  - Holland, OH and Monroe, MI
• Scheduling considers home base; no same-day travel between sites under normal operations
• Willingness and ability to travel between offices for scheduled shifts, training, and coverage
• Commitment to cross-training across clinical and administrative duties
• Patient-first mindset, reliability, and a collaborative, team-oriented work style
