A well-established companion animal practice in the Toledo area is seeking a Veterinarian Medical Director to lead its clinical team while maintaining an active role in patient care. This opportunity combines hands‑on medicine with strategic leadership in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

• Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to patients
• Lead and support the veterinary team in maintaining strong clinical standards
• Mentor and develop associate veterinarians
• Partner with hospital leadership to support operational and medical goals
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive team culture
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold regulatory compliance

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
• Active veterinary license in good standing
• Demonstrated leadership or interest in a leadership role
• Strong clinical, communication, and mentorship skills
