• Offering companionship to patients
• Taking clients to their medical appointments, the grocery store and other important places
• Managing medication
• Preparing meals when needed
• Keeping the house clean and doing laundry when needed
• Providing bathing and dressing assistance
• Keeping proper care records
• Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities
• Communicating with the office about the patient care plan
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

• Experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care preferred but not required
• CPR so you can respond in an emergency (

• Driver's license and auto insurance (
  required
  )
• One year of caregiving experience preferred but will train the right person

Starting pay $15.5-16/hour or more depending on experience.

Pay increase ($0.50) at 60 days after meeting all requirements and completing training.
