Job SummaryAs the Rehabilitation Manager, you will supervise staff, students and volunteers in the department.
In this supervisory role, you will interview, select, orient, develop and evaluate personnel and schedule staff to meet patient needs. You will assume decision‑making responsibility in the absence of the Rehabilitation Director or AVP.
You will participate in the coordination of student/intern fieldwork education and monitor staff compliance with professional guidelines, standards and ethics.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech and Language Pathology
- 5 years of clinical experience related to the department’s scope of services
- 2 years experience in a leadership role
- Must possess the necessary licensure registration or certification to practice in the state(s) of practice
- BLS
