Pro Medica is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist II to provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services at the Toledo facility. You will oversee drug distribution, IV admixture, medical therapy management, and drug information while ensuring compliance with controlled substance regulations.
You will directly supervise pharmacy support staff and work a daytime schedule starting at 7am or 8am, with rotating second shifts and weekends every 6 weeks. Ohio and Michigan licensure is required.
