Patient Access Supervisor

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Patient Access Supervisor to lead front-end registration and financial clearance operations. In this role, you'll supervise a team responsible for accurate patient registration, insurance verification, authorizations, and point-of-service collections. You will monitor KPIs, optimize workflows, and partner with clinical and revenue cycle teams to reduce denials and improve the patient financial experience. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare access experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching teams in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily patient access, registration, and financial clearance operations
• Ensure accurate and timely patient registration, insurance verification, and authorizations
• Monitor front-end revenue cycle KPIs and implement process improvements
• Coach, schedule, and evaluate patient access staff performance
• Collaborate with clinical, billing, and revenue cycle teams to reduce denials
• Address and resolve patient financial and access-related escalations
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, payer, and organizational policies
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
