Job Summary:
As the Clinical Pharmacist II, you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations. In this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive.
- Pharm D degree or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience
- Must be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of the facility location or eligible for licensure in that state.
- 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience
- BLS
- Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Training Program
- 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
- ACLS
