About the Position
Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Seeking one Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider to provide inpatient hospital-based coverage across multiple facilities for a maternity leave assignment. The provider will manage inpatient consults and emergency department consults for adult patients. No call is required.

Coverage Dates:
July 13, 2026 - November 13, 2026
Monday - Friday
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
4-5 days per week
No call
Practice Setting
Hospital-based
100% Inpatient and Emergency Department consults
Coverage at multiple facilities
Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage inpatient consults
Provide emergency department consults
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
Manage approximately 12-15 patients per day
No teaching or leadership responsibilities
Practice Details
Adult patient population
Level I Trauma Center and community hospital coverage
Average daily patient volume: 12-15
EMR:
Epic
Requirements
Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider
Active Ohio license
BLS certification
ACLS certification
DEA
NPDB Self-Query report dated within 30 days of presentation
Local candidates preferred
Additional Information
Temporary privileges available
Assignment is to provide maternity leave coverage
Travel reimbursement available for airfare, lodging, rental car, and IRS-standard mileage
Providers with minimal malpractice settlements may be considered on a case-by-case basis
