• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
• Recording and Observing: Accurately record patient vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in patient condition; observe patients and report any concerns or unusual behavior to the nursing staff
• Assisting with ADLs: Assist patients with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom, dressing, and eating
• Maintaining a Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, including maintaining a clean and organized living area and reporting any hazards or concerns to the nursing staff
