NP – In-Home Health Risk Assessments

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. seeks a Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Ohio) to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients. You will assess medical history and social factors, bridging care gaps in a single visit, with flexible scheduling.

This role is a 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement with coverage of multiple counties in Ohio, including Lucas and Ottawa, offering mileage reimbursement and a per-assessment pay model.
