Attain Behavioral Health is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW). As an LPC/LSW, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch Addiction Recovery and Mental Health services to clients in Toledo Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to clients and their families.
Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience. ($55,000.00 - $76,500.00 per year)

- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Stay abreast of state and federal regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in mental health counseling.
- Actively participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
- Current and valid Ohio State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or(LSW) Licensed social worker.
- Previous experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on diverse populations and presenting issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate within a team.
- Strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and compliance with legal regulations.
