Recruitment Officer

The University of Toledo is hiring a Recruitment Officer
2. This role manages a specified recruitment territory by identifying prospective students and building relationships with key influencers such as parents, high school counselors, and alumni to support the university's admission goals.

• Manage recruitment region by identifying and engaging prospective students.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, counselors, community members, and alumni.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web tools; knowledge of U.Select, Banner, and Imaging Software preferred.
• Starting salary at $19.37 per hour.
• Requires a bachelor's degree and at least one year of professional admissions or relevant experience, or two years of related student experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and demonstrated networking skills.
• Preferred experience includes sales, marketing, and public speaking.
• Position falls under the Communication Workers of America bargaining unit.
