HR Generalist
As an HR Generalist, you will assist in ensuring a smooth and efficient Manufacturing operation by providing employment support for Hourly Bargaining Unit employees to guarantee a great employee experience.
Responsibilities of this role- Administer the hourly employment office functions and processes, assist with workforce analysis, deployment and people power management based on contractual obligations and corporate policies
- Manage the day-to-day Employment window functions: leave tracking, reinstatements, general employee questions and support, records management, etc.
