HR Intern

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer employee inquiries and/or refer them to the appropriate person, including the ownership of the Toledo Driveline HR inbox.
• Conduct new Hire Orientation and onboarding process for new team members, including presenting, I-9 processing, badge creation.
• Applicant tracking system maintenance and processing which includes selecting, interviewing, and processing hourly candidates for various facilities, specifically Toledo and Napoleon.
• Enter and modify employees in various HR systems.
• Create and maintain personnel folders.
• Conduct interviews for various positions.
• Assist HR department with data entry and collection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's program, preference with specialization in Human Resources.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies and procedure manuals and operating instructions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience is a must.
