Human Resource Representative

Join our team as an HR Representative and play a key role in supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, payroll support, and being a trusted resource throughout the employee lifecycle.

• This is a full time hourly role $26-$29 per hour

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll functions
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels

• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
• Comfortable investigating employee concerns and supporting disciplinary processes
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate HR records and reports
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Visible, hands-on approach with a passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture
