We’ve built one of North America’s strongest metals networks and represent many of the industry’s most respected companies.

• Identify and recruit exceptional candidates
• Use Linked In Recruiter, AI, databases, and emerging sourcing tools
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
• Build long-term relationships with executives nationwide
• Prepare executive candidate presentations
• Support retained and contingency searches

We’re less concerned with how many years you’ve recruited than with how you think.

You should be computer-literate, curious, organized, competitive, self-motivated, relationship-oriented, adaptable, and fun to work with.

Recruiting experience is valuable, but we’d rather hire someone bright, hungry, technologically capable, and eager to learn than someone experienced who has stopped growing.

Experience with executive search, Linked In Recruiter, AI-assisted recruiting, ATS/CRM platforms, manufacturing, or the steel and metals industry is a definite plus.

Compensation is flexible and will reflect the experience and potential contribution of the person we hire. This is not a traditional salary-only role.

The structure will be heavily success- and commission-oriented, with meaningful earnings tied directly to successful placements and business results. The specific combination of fixed and variable compensation can be discussed based on the individual.

This opportunity is best suited to someone comfortable betting on their own ability and who wants to participate directly in the value they create.

This isn’t simply about filling jobs.

You’ll work with CEOs, Presidents, private equity firms, Plant Managers, and executive leadership teams while helping build some of North America’s premier industrial companies.

The relationships you build won’t last weeks. They’ll last years.
