Recruitment Officer

The University of Toledo is hiring a Recruitment Officer
3. This role manages recruitment territories by researching and planning strategies to attract prospective students, builds relationships with key influencers, and assists students through the admission process.

• Manage recruitment for assigned territories focusing on high schools, community colleges, and recruitment events.
• Use data-driven methods to identify prospective students matching the university profile.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, counselors, alumni, and community partners.
• Assist individual students during the application and admission process.
• Requires proficiency in MS Office; experience with Banner, Recruit, and Imaging Software preferred.
• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant recruiting or admission experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, networking skills, sales and marketing experience, and proven enrollment growth success.
• Starting salary at $20.84 per hour under the Communication Workers of America bargaining unit.
