The Academic Employment Assistant provides administrative and compliance support to Academic Administration in the Office of the Provost. This position will assist in organizing faculty employment records through the electronic filing system, preparing documentation and digitizing personnel records, and ensuring adherence to institutional and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information ethically and professionally.
Minimum Qualifications- Coursework toward a bachelor’s degree
- Two years experience working in a professional office setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information

- Experience working in higher education administration office
