Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will drive the full cycle recruiting process. Your knowledge in talent management, platforms, and applicant tracking systems will be essential to identify, attract, and secure exceptional talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, filter candidates, and ensure a seamless candidate flow.

Duties

• Source candidates through innovative research techniques, cold calling, and external recruiting channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct daily comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate to secure top talent aligned with organizational & operational needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Scheduling Manager to ensure they are getting a good flow of candidates for interviewing purposes and placement.

Experience

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across diverse roles.
• Strong familiarity with talent acquisition platforms like INDEED, Handshake, etc.
• Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing techniques including research-based lead generation, cold calling, and utilizing talent management tools.
• Experience managing or collaborating within a team.
• Excellent communication skills for candidate engagement and relationship management at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with external recruiting strategies such as agency partnerships or specialized job boards to expand candidate reach.
