Northern Buckeye Education Council is looking for an individual to handle field installations and maintenance of various computer/data communications equipment. Good customer service is a must and knowledge of workstation operating systems and cloud applications is a plus. The successful candidate must have good communication and organizational skills and be willing to develop technological skills within the public education environment. All applicants will be required to pass a BCI/FBI background check in order to work in Ohio public schools.
The position is entry-level and full time with medical benefits and vacation, personal and sick time accruals.
Responsibilities include working with staff to answer helpdesk, maintaining inventory, maintenance and management of various schools systems, providing remote assistance where appropriate, and communicating and elevating technology requests to the appropriate staff as necessary.
