An international automotive manufacturing company is currently seeking a motivated System Administrator - ERP specialist to support their facility in the Toledo, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ work experience in IT support in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.

* This is a full-time, direct hire onsite position. *

System Administrator - ERP specialist Responsibilities Include:

• Management and administration of facility network and systems infrastructure (Microsoft Office, Office 365, Windows, engineering programs, SOX etc.)
• Oversee systems security and investigate potential risks and security incidents
• Provide supervision and leadership to IT department
• Plan, develop, and implement system upgrades
• Troubleshooting of computer hardware including desktops and laptops, printers, routers, mobile devices, etc.
• Receive and track open support requests from end users
• Document support requests and actions taken towards issue resolution
• Other duties as assigned

System Administrator - ERP specialist Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Valid Microsoft, Security+, or similar certification(s) is a plus but not required
• Minimum 5 years’ work and leadership experience as an IT / Systems Administrator, IT Supervisor, etc., preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows applications, SOX etc.
• Strong time management and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication and collaboration ability in a multicultural environment
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
