Multimedia Designer

Overview

Conwed is seeking a versatile Multimedia Designer who can bridge design, content, and web development to create polished experiences. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with multiple toolsets—from working in a technical document library, to creating unique web experiences in Elementor & Word Press.

Documents/Collateral.

Conwed has many documents with unique file structures. This person needs to not only know how to make carefully laid out documents, but understand the larger ecosystem these documents exist and function in.

• Brochures, datasheets, install guides, and more.

Web support.

Pages often need updating and refreshing based on marketing goals for growth. This person needs to be efficient in the process of ideation, creation, and building every element on our pages.

• Design and build within Word Press + Elementor Atomic.

Unique Projects.

Conwed often has one-off projects with very specific goals. This person must be flexible in their day-to-day, as the Marketing team has no fixed schedule. The team organizes weekly around changing priorities.

• Event planning, video production assistance, unique marketing assets.

• Experience building websites with drag-and-drop or no-code/low-code platforms.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, and brand implementation.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web concepts is preferred, but deep coding expertise is not required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to carry open-ended discussions about the strategic use of design.

• Publication design experience is a bonus but not required.
• Familiarity with SEO tools, analytics platforms, or CMS workflows.
• Experience creating a variety of marketing content.
• Knowledge of performance optimization.

Base Salary — $50‑60k per year
