Connectronics Corp., a U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors including high‑voltage interconnects, aerospace connectors, underwater connectors, high current connectors, and multi‑pin cable assemblies, has an opening in Toledo, OH for a Buyer to join our Purchasing Team. This position will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring raw materials and components essential for manufacturing operations.

• Sourcing potential suppliers based on price, quality, and availability of parts and components.
• Soliciting quotes from potential suppliers for items needed for production.
• Negotiating pricing and delivery terms for contractual agreements.
• Tracking the status of purchase orders for the delivery of goods and verifying that product quality meets specifications.
• Initiating return processes for parts that fall short of expectations.
• Working with the ERP system to maintain the necessary data for quotes, purchased parts, part creation, and reports.
• Communicating product or supplier concerns and opportunities with the Purchasing Manager.
• Maintaining open lines of communication with vendors to sustain strong relationships.
• Coordinating with product development and engineering to support new product introductions.
