• Operating carpet shampooer and buffer.
• Going up in the scissor lift to clean ceiling fixtures.
• Recognizing and ensuring appropriate chemicals are used when cleaning and mixing appropriate chemicals.
• Moving furniture and cleaning of assigned areas.
• Maintaining and cleaning machines after use.
• Reporting any problems to Supervisor.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Mopping, scrubbing, rinsing and polishing hard floors.
• Moving, rearranging and cleaning furniture.
• Operating and controlling all mechanical equipment including rotary machines, blowers and back vacuums.
• Providing exceptional
  
  Red Carpet Customer  Service to all guests.
• Cleaning and picking up trash in the parking lots and on all garage levels.
• Driving the Property’sGator(vehicle) to collect trash from the parking lots and garage levels.
• Utilizing the floor scrubber on all cement areas.
• Using the tenantand power washer to cleanall levels of the garage.
• Cleaning up the Casino Entrances including cleaning glassattheentry doors.
• Other duties as assigned by Leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• One month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be comfortable working athigh heights.
• Operating shampooing and sweeping equipment.
• Performing duties with a sense of urgency.
• Work as a team with other employees.
• Must be able to use and control various mechanical equipment.
• Able to tilt head back and look up.
• Performing frequent, circular motions with hands and/or arms.
• Visual range must include near and far distances.
• Must be able to maneuver in small, limited spaces.
• Able to use ladders, as well as clean ground level areas.
• Transporting all supplies to and from work areas.
• Maneuvering up and down stairs and reaching above shoulder level.
• Able to tolerate cleaning chemicals without developing an allergic reaction.
• Operating the following equipment toincludevacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors,mopand broom.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals, handle chemical fumes and airborne particles (on occasion).
• Able to walk, stand, and work on hand and knees forlong periodsof time.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry andlift upto 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, climb,feel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
