This role involves event set up and tear down, under moderate supervision, including all event related equipment and audio / visual equipment as needed.

• Work includes waste collection and removal, monitors and maintains sanitary restrooms, assist clients with loading and unloading show and exhibit material, and resolving client’s questions and concerns.
• Responsibilities also include the cleaning, upkeep and minor maintenance of the facility and related support areas, reporting all major maintenance items and safety concerns to management.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping projects throughout the facility, such as carpet extraction, floor stripping and sealing, waste removal, window cleaning and other housekeeping as needed.
• Maintain and properly store all event equipment and furniture, including audio / visual equipment and motorized equipment.
• Operate motorized equipment, such as forklifts and floor scrubbers, and assist with snow removal and other outdoor grounds maintenance projects as directed.
• Work closely with clients and the general public, representing the facility in communicating building policies.
