Full-Time | Facility & Equipment Maintenance | Assisted Living & Senior Care

This fall, why not turn over a new leaf in your career? Kingston Residence of Santa Fe is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our Assisted Living and Memory Care community safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. Just as the seasons bring change, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting residents, staff, and families in a place that feels like home.

Assist with maintenance and repair of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Perform seasonal upkeep and routine inspections to keep the community in top condition

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff

Carry out general tasks such as painting, carpentry, landscaping, and groundskeeping

Support the Maintenance Manager in coordinating with vendors and contractors

Follow all safety protocols to create a secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors

High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training a plus)

Experience in general maintenance; healthcare or residential setting preferred

Hands‑on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry helpful

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
