Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift - 2:30pm-10:30pm, M-F

In charge of about 7-10 employees

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime, and leading the team to achieve maintenance goals.

• Supervise and lead a maintenance team of 7-10 employees on the 2nd shift.
• Ensure efficient operation of all machinery and equipment and minimize downtime.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance and repairs to meet production goals.
• Monitor maintenance performance and implement process improvements.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
