• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic communication skills to understand instructions and report issues effectively.
• Availability to work part‑time hours as scheduled, including flexibility for early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required.

• Familiarity with manufacturing facility operations and safety standards.
• Certification or training in industrial cleaning or hazardous material handling.
• Experience using floor scrubbers, buffers, or other specialized cleaning machinery.
• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic with positive references from previous employers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

• Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces throughout the plant.
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or repair needs to the facility management team.
• Respond promptly to spills, debris, or other cleanliness issues to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Mon – Sun. Available shift times are 5:00 am – 1:30 pm, 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm, and 9:00 pm – 5:30 am.
