Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Some weekends required
Full-Time Position
Travel required to multiple sites - mileage reimbursement included!

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing nightly cleaning operations across various client sites

• Ensuring cleaning quality meets (and exceeds!) client expectations

• Training new team members and recognizing rockstar performers

• Managing labor and supply budgets like a pro

• Delivering cleaning products and keeping sites stocked and ready

• Communicating regularly with upper management to squash issues and improve service

• Juggling nightly priorities and schedules across multiple locations

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience

• Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills

• Time management wizardry (planning nightly and weekly tasks is your jam)

• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

• A flexible mindset - you're not tied to one desk or one building

• Bonus points for a sense of humor and a can-do attitude
