Responsibilities include:
- Handle work orders
- Turn apartments
- Basic electrical
- Basic plumbing
- Remove debris and trash.
- Clean common areas
- Responsible for the overall maintenance and all areas related to the day‐to‐day maintenance operations
- Repairing and treating structures such as walls and building exteriors
- HVAC a plus!
$20-23/hour + benefits / IMMEDIATE HIRE
