This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role located in Toledo, OH. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations on 2nd shift, manage team members, and ensure adherence to organizational standards and productivity goals. Responsibilities include supervising workflows, maintaining quality control, training employees, and addressing any operational challenges to ensure efficient and effective distribution of linen throughout the hospital. The role also involves performance monitoring, providing support and feedback to staff, and ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently followed.

• Organizational and Time Management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in operational environments is a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred
