District Manager – Checkers & Rally’sWe are seeking a high-performing District Manager to lead to multiple high-volume drive-thru restaurant locations. This is a senior field leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, accelerating sales growth, and building strong restaurant leadership teams across 4 locations.

This role is ideal for an experienced multi-unit leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is passionate about developing people, improving operations, and delivering strong business results.

Role Overview The District Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the district, including sales, profitability, operational execution, and guest experience. You will lead Restaurant General Managers, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all locations.

Unlike traditional QSR roles, this position is highly focused on drive-thru speed, operational efficiency, and measurable business performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple high-volume restaurant locations (4 units)
Drive district performance in sales, profitability, and operational KPIsEnsure excellence in drive-thru speed, service quality, and guest satisfaction

Develop, coach, and hold Restaurant General Managers accountable for results

Analyze P&L statements and execute strategies to improve financial performance

Ensure full compliance with brand standards, food safety, and operational procedures

Conduct regular business reviews, audits, and performance action planning

Oversee staffing strategy, talent development, and succession planning

Partner with leadership to execute company initiatives and growth strategies

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in multi-unit management within the QSR or hospitality industry.

Proven track record of improving sales, operations, and team performance

Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience

Ability to lead through influence, accountability, and coaching

Servsafe Certification Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments preferred

Willingness to travel across assigned district locations
