Coordinator of Facilities and Properties
Harbor is seeking an experienced individual to join the team as Coordinator of Facilities and Properties! This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Department, and works collaboratively with executive leadership and vendors.
Position is full-time, 40 hours per week.
Requirements
Education:
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience involving building construction, renovation work, property management and supervisory experience.
- Prior experience with computerized maintenance systems.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Licensure and Certifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and show proof of personal auto insurance policy to be deemed insurable with Harbor's vehicle insurance carrier.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree.
