What You'll Do

As a member of our Car Care management team, you may support or lead daily operations within a AAA automotive repair facility, including customer experience, shop workflow, sales performance, associate development, operational compliance, and overall business results.

  • Assistant Managers play a key role in daily shop operations, team leadership, customer service, sales execution, workflow management, and associate development. This role is a strong fit for automotive professionals with leadership experience who enjoy coaching teams, supporting business results, and helping drive a successful service operation.

  • Automotive Repair Managers lead all aspects of facility operations, including sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, staffing, associate performance, operational compliance, and long‑term business success. This role is ideal for experienced automotive leaders with strong business acumen, operational ownership, and a passion for developing high‑performing teams.

  • Competitive base compensation, based on position level, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

  • Eligibility for monthly incentive pay based upon store sales and overall performance, where applicable.

  • Full‑time schedule, typically 5 days per week. Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off. Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.

What You’ll Bring

Ideal candidates will bring prior automotive repair industry experience, demonstrated leadership ability, and a strong customer‑focused mindset. We are looking for leaders who can coach and develop teams, support daily shop operations, drive business results, and create a professional service experience for our customers.

Minimum qualifications may vary by position level and location, but candidates should generally have:

  • Experience in an automotive repair, dealership, tire, quick lube, fleet, or related service environment.

  • Prior leadership, supervisory, assistant management, or management experience.

  • Strong communication, organization, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced automotive service environment.

  • Comfort using automotive shop management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other PC‑based tools.

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Authorization to work in the United States.

  • Ability to successfully complete all required pre‑employment screenings, including background and drug screening.
