Director Of Operations
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to lead and inspire multiple teams for a Growing Fast Casual Concept. As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations within the Ohio region, driving operational excellence, ensuring financial success, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the restaurant industry, strong business acumen, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Ensure all restaurants in the area operate efficiently and consistently adhere to company standards and policies. Monitor and enhance operational performance to achieve business objectives.
- Financial Oversight: Review financial statements, identify trends, and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff. Foster a positive, inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork, high performance, and employee retention.
- Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring all locations deliver exceptional service. Address customer feedback and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all locations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence.
- Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and enhance the customer experience. Identify market trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Brand Consistency: Uphold and promote the company's brand values and image across all locations. Ensure consistent branding and marketing efforts in alignment with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years experience as an DO, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Experience in New Restaurant Openings and building new teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent financial and analytical abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
