Industrial Cooling Project Manager

We are looking for an Industrial Cooling Project Manager to join a growing team in Toledo, OH. This position offers the chance to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

• Manage industrial cooling projects from initiation to completion
• Create project schedules, organize resources, and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs and maintain profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and customer requirements
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Prepare estimates and budgets for project components
• Present proposals and support business development efforts
• Provide guidance to team members and improve project practices

• Background in engineering, construction management, or related field
• Experience managing industrial HVAC, refrigeration, or construction projects
• Knowledge of project planning tools and methods
• Ability to prioritize customer service while managing costs and schedules
• Familiarity with industrial cooling systems, ammonia experience preferred
• Understanding of safety regulations in industrial environments
• Experience with project management software is advantageous
• PMP certification is a plus
