Checkers & Rally’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in achieving sales and profit goals and to ensure top guest and team service. You will help interview and hire staff, train team members, enforce policies, and coach performance on a fast-paced shift schedule.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), Food Safety certification, and 1–2 years of QSR management experience. Strong communication and math skills are essential.
