Directions Credit Union is looking for an energetic, community‑minded Branch Manager to lead one of our branches and be the face of our mission in the community.
This isn’t just a management role — it’s a leadership opportunity to grow talent, delight members, and strengthen the communities we serve.
What You’ll DoAs Branch Manager, you’ll be at the helm of branch operations while inspiring excellence through service, sales, and community connection.
Lead & Inspire- Coach, develop, and motivate branch staff to perform at their best.
- Lead by example—modeling exceptional service, professionalism, and our core values.
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Maintain strong cash controls and operational integrity.
- Ensure policies, procedures, and training standards are followed consistently.
- Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with members.
- Deliver a seamless, welcoming, and solutions‑focused member experience.
- Serve as a visible ambassador for Directions Credit Union.
- Represent the Credit Union at community events, outreach activities, and partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and organizations.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to support financial education, community engagement, and brand awareness efforts.
- Inspire your team to get involved and take pride in serving the community.
- Every day, your work will help grow trust, visibility, and long‑term success—both for the Credit Union and the communities we support.
- A two‑year college degree or equivalent specialized training, certification, or hands‑on experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in a financial institution, including 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
. - Strong knowledge of financial services, branch operations, and exceptional member service.
- Confidence, communication skills, and a genuine passion for community engagement and relationship‑building.
