Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational performance of the branch
• Oversee warehouse operations, delivery logistics, and inside sales teams
• Partner closely with the regional sales organization to support customer growth and account development
• Drive profitable sales growth through strategic planning and execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, industrial customers, OEMs, and other stakeholders
• Resolve customer issues and ensure exceptional service
• Manage the branch budget and goals, including revenue targets, margins, and operating expenses

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred—but equivalent industry experience is highly valued
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred
• Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certificate may be required in some locations
