What You’ll Do- Bachelor’s Degree in facilities related field or equivalent experience.
- Develop, document, and implement facility management programs.
- Operate facility programs that address staff requests with efficient and reliable service.
- Plan, direct, and oversee activities relating to office renovations, construction, expansions, and moves.
- Manage facility-related partners including internal teams, vendors, and property managers.
- Leverage data and feedback to drive solutions for changing workplace priorities.
- Research trends and implement changes that support business goals and workplace needs.
- Lead, coach, and mentor other facilities professionals to support program growth.
- Occasional travel to regional offices is expected.
- Assist in real estate assessments and transactions and support general real estate needs.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by Facilities Director.
- 10+ years’ experience managing facilities operations and strategic initiatives.
- Responsibility managing projects and capital budgets.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator, both written and verbally, with attention to detail.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook).
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Real estate and development experience is a plus.
- Facility management and A/E software capabilities are a plus.
