Program Manager, Student Leadership, Neff College of Business & Innovation

University of Toledo is hiring a Program Manager, Student Leadership, Neff College of Business & Innovation.

This role leads leadership and engagement initiatives within the Neff College of Business and Innovation, including the Klar Leadership Academy, Advanced Leadership Academy, Neff Scholars Program, and Jump Start Program. The program manager collaborates with students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, and community partners to develop programming that supports student leadership, academic success, and professional growth.

• Lead and administer major undergraduate and graduate leadership initiatives, including the Klar Leadership Academy, Advanced Leadership Academy, Neff Scholars Program, and Jump Start Program.
• Develop, coordinate, implement, and assess programming that promotes student leadership development and engagement.
• Partner with students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, and community stakeholders to ensure high-quality programming.
• Bring strong skills in Microsoft Office and other emerging technologies.
• Apply proficiency in project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Work independently under minimal supervision and tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in higher education, student development, leadership programming, event management, or nonprofit administration preferred.
