Ready to step up into leadership? As an Assistant Store Manager at Premier Rental-Purchase, you'll help run the store day to day — leading the team, driving sales, and keeping operations tight — and take the reins when the Store Manager is out. In your first 90 days you'll learn every role in the store and start owning results.

Pay: [$15.00–$19.00]/hour

Schedule:

Mon–Sat, day shift

Pay day:
Bi-weekly

• Help lead daily operations and step in as the go-to when the manager's away.
• Coach and supervise the team to hit sales and service goals.
• Keep cash, inventory, and store property secure and accounted for.
• Approve orders, verify customers, and support on-time deliveries.
• Help recruit, hire, and train new team members.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• DOT certification (or willing to earn one, if your state requires it).
• Six months of rent-to-own or retail management experience (or similar).

A plus (not required): experience coaching or leading a team.
